is $1400 a good price for a genuine 1987 Fender Standard Stratocaster USA in very good condition?
Yes and NO. Even though they hold value and it is American made...thumbs up, you can run inot attenuation problems very common in Fender sStrats. I own one and I had to get it attenuated properly again. It doesn't take much to get out of wack, but when it is in tune, she plays like charm.
When I purchased my Gibson Les Paul, I spent allot of money like $2,600.00 because it was autographed from Metallica.
I sold it like an idiot for $4,000.00
