Think about it.
Any 5-string bass can have a high C. Or a low B. Or a low C. Or a High B. Or, you could tune it DADGA. You could tune it CEADA. Or ADGBE.
EIEIO. Whatever.
You could have any tuning you want on any bass, as long as you aren't trying to tune the strings up so high that they break (or ruin the action, which would happen well before your strings break), or so low that they're flapping in the breeze.
All you have to do is, buy a set of standard-tuning strings, plus one higher. For instance, Earnie Ball's come from about .100-.095 to about .045-.040 gauges, for a four-string set, EADG. They make a .028 and a .018 available as a single. I'd say the .028 would probably do for a C.
Other companies will have similar sizes; play around with a few until you find a gauge you like.
