Pedal-board power supply question?
I've started making my own D.I.Y pedalboard, and have found that using a long extended power-socket thing takes up way too much space with all the 9v adapters, so I looked at ways to save some space, and discovered the 1 SPOT 9v Power supply, and was wondering about the voltage, amps and everything. I'm planning on using these pedals:
Digitech IV Whammy
Digitech "The Weapon" Dan Donegan Signature
Vox V847a Wah
Boss DD-7 Digital Delay
MXR Phase 90
I was wondering, can that one power supply be used with all of these pedals without any one of them shorting out or something, are all of the output levels (voltage, amp, etc.) the same?
Personally, I invested in the BOSS NS-2 Noise Suppressor pedal, as I play a lot of distorted metal guitar (as apparently you do as well, judging by the "Weapon" pedal) and it cuts out the 'hum' almost completely. Also, and this is why I'm suggesting it to you, it has the added bonus of being able to power a bunch of other pedals with the 'daisy chain' adapter. Both are readily available at Guitar Center or your local, well-stocked music store. At the least, they should be able to order them for you. If not, quit shopping there!
But the 1Spot's I can't personally attest to (I've only heard great things about them) however, the daisy chain is cheaper overall than buying 6 of those bad boys anyway. So, there's plenty of options. And don't forget to call your local guitar center. Chances are, they have other options as well, and there's probably a guy or two there who has built a DIY pedalboard of their own and would be more than happy to share blueprints/ideas/tips with you.

do i HAVE to have a boss psa adapter for my boss footswitch?
because i just bought an acoustic simulator and a loop station and it says 'use boss psa adapter only' on both of them. but can i just use my pedalboard adapter to power them (its powered by a gator g-bus 
or will it mess them up or give them feedback or something?
It should be okay to use a generic 9v.
Just don't sue me if it blows up.
