rockband fender stratocaster guitar for xbox 360 questions?
so yeah i got the fender stratocaster black guitar when i purchased rockband for my 360. two questions where the heck do i plug in my headset on it and what the heck is the battery compartment. obviously batteries but what is the purpose of those batteries what are they powering?
When you bought the Rock band bundle, there is an adapter to plug in your headset into. You use that adapter to chat while drumming or playing guitar. Just plug in your headset into that adapter, then plug in the adpater/headset into the guitar. The hole for the adapter is on the bottom of the guitar on the side opposite the start button.
As for the battery compartment, there is no official word but I have friends who have the PS3 version and our conlusion is that it's a cost effective, saving money thing.The battery compartment is there because the guitar body for ps3 wireless and xbox wired guitars are the same. It is cheaper for them to create one body with the battery compartment in it instead of 2 separate bodies.
