Can anyone explain to me how to play bass guitar in 2/4 time signature?
I need to know exactly how long the notes are in 2/4 time signature i.e how long is a half note, or how long is a quarter note. please explain.
Right
The bar is basically half the length of a normal bar (4/4) The notes available for use are crotchets (1 beat) miniums (2 beats) then half crotchets (1/2 beat(I don't know the proper name) 1/4 crotchet (1/4 beat(this are rare in bass music)) so a combination of these will be used to make up 2 notes as there are only 2 beats in a bar
