as a begginer to learn electric guitar, should i get a yamaha pacifica series electric guitar?

i live in singapore and alot of guitars here are kinda limited. but somehow yamaha pacifica series caught my eye and wanna get one to learn.. should i?

i know that you are limited, but the fact is that yamahas are not really your best choice for beginner guitars. You want good quality for a good price, epiphone or ibanez. They are made with better materials and with more care in their craftsmenship. But, if you are really limited, why not try ordering online? And i agree with the "cloud" something guy, you got to play them. But, then it comes back again that you are limited, so like i said, yamaha are not good guitar makers, and you would probably want to stick with those 2 brands.
