Guitar effects, how to sound like Tool - The Pot, Sober, Lateralus, etc??

Hi,

I am a intermediate guitarist that likes to play pretty much all of Tool, what effects do you think Adam is using in The Pot and Sober? Someone told me he is using a Boss Tremolo and a Boss Mega Distortion if thats what he is using I can't get it to sound as clean with such a strong crunch rumble effect. Can someone help me?
