Mad Professor
Mad Professor
here's a joke. girls dont be mad, im a girl myself. its just a joke!?
a professor always starts his class with a joke. one day when he starts the joke, a girl stands up and leaves the room mad. the professor finds this interesting and decides to play a little joke the next day.
the next class he starts by saying: "Goodmorning class. did you hear or read about the shortage in prostitutes in England"? all the girls in the class are offended and stand to leave the class.
when they are at the doo the professor calls after the,: "Oh..no,no the airplane doesn't leave until tomorrow"
baby3che, what it means is that by saying "the plane doesnt leave until tomorrow" the teacher implied that the girls were hurrying to go become prostitutes in england since there was a shortage.
Ha, ha.
I like people like that. They really don't care if you're angry with them. He didn't do anything but tell a joke. I applaud him for not apologizing.

There is a Mad Rush for Pygmalion Broadway Tickets!
Welcome Claire Danes on Broadway, as she makes her debut in “Pygmalion”! Danes is playing the role of Eliza Doolittle in this new George Bernard Shaw’s production. “Pygmalion” is the story of a professor named Henry Higgins. He comes across an uneducated and poor cockney girl called Eliza. The professor makes a bet of transforming this street girl of London into an elegant high society lady by changing her way of speaking. However, in the process, he finds that transforming people is not an easy task.
The role of Henry Higgins is beautifully played by Jefferson Mays. “Pygmalion” is a tale of human emotions that are involved in changing a person’s style of living. Change does not happen overnight in an individual. Besides, it is not limited to physical appearance. There is a series of emotional considerations in teaching someone new ways of living. “Pygmalion” has vividly depicted this little, but vital, piece of truth.
David Grindley has directed “Pygmalion.” The Roundabout Theatre Company has produced it. The additional star cast is yet to be declared. The design team of this show includes Gregory Clarke for sounds, Jason Taylor for lighting, and Jonathan Fensom for costumes and sets. The team also has a dialect coach, Majella Hurley, who will help Jefferson in getting the right accent for the character of Henry Higgins, when he teaches a new dialect to Eliza in the story.
“Pygmalion” has proved to be an important stepping stone in Danes’s career. She stars in “Evening”, which is a group drama. This show also stars Patrick Wilson, Glenn Close, Toni Collette, Vanessa Redgrave, and Meryl Streep. In addition to this, Danes has bagged a role in Matthew Vaughn’s “Stardust”, starring opposite Robert De Niro and Michelle Pfeiffer!
The Roundabout Theatre Company had organized a press meet on September 4, 2007. This event doubled as welcome party for the cast of “Pygmalion”. The show is scheduled to run at The Roundabout Theatre from Tuesdays to Saturdays, at 8pm. On Wednesdays, Sundays, and Weekends, it will run at 2pm. On September 23, there was a special Sunday evening show of “Pygmalion” at 7:30pm.
From November 12-23, 2007, the Roundabout Theatre will run special 7pm shows of “Pygmalion”, plus an evening performance on November 19 at 8pm. There will be no show on November 22.
