Guitar help sustainer?
I really want a Fernandes sustainer on my guitar for the feedback and sustain on the notes. But I don't want to have to carve up my guitar to extend the back to put in the electronics and a battery place. Also I don't want my guitar to become "active" I don't know why haha. Also I wouldn't really know what to do and seeing as how sustainers are quite expensive I don't want to ruin it or my guitar.
Ebows look really awkward to use (are they?) and they only do one string? (I don't know if I'm right there).
Apart from an Ebow is there anything else I can use which wouldn't make it awkward to play.
hey cam have a look at the sustainiac stealth pro,looks to be the one that kramer/floyd rose developed,although still active it looks to be a retro fit with no mods needed on the guitar
