What do I do to make my guitar sound better (it is in tune)?
I tuned my guitar and then first four strings sound beautiful. (It is an acoustic) But the B and E strings sound metallic and wrong. Not only that but they are louder than the pretty string so it sounds bad. What can I do to fix this??
It could be that they are just old.
Or if they're new, they're too new. Most strings sound too metallic when they are new and will get better in a couple days to a week of playing and tuning.
If not that, it's probably the Brand of the strings. Everyone likes certain strings for certain sound. I personally like martin SDs. I would recommennd those for you to. Their good for a warmer, less metallic feel.
But to recap, either your strings are too new, too old, or just bad strings.
