The Remedy for Athlete's Foot
I want to talk to you about the remedy for athletes foot. This is a real problem to have to live with because it can make your day awful. The two most important body parts for comfort is your back and feet. If one of these feel bad, so will you. People will end up going through their day with a burning hot sensation on their feet. These leaves people looking for relief, but there's not much you can do at work. I would get home from work and soak them in the bathtub in cold water. It's only a temporary solution to a real problem. I want to talk to you about the remedy for athletes foot.
Essentially what is happening is that fungus is getting embedded into the skin of the feet. This happens because most of us keep our feet in moist shoes or boots all day. If you're someone that is on your feet all day, your feet will sweat and that makes your shoes a fungus breeding area. A few preliminary things that you need to do is dry out your footwear. If you're at work, it may be necessary to switch socks half way through the day.
The remedy for athletes foot is really quite simple. As long as that fungus is in your skin, it doesn't matter how dry you keep your feet. What you should be doing is mixing water water and bleach together and soaking your feet in it every night. The warm water opens up the pores of the skin and the bleach will kill the fungus.

Stink Foot - 7 Tips To Prevent Bromohydrosis
Millions of Americans suffer from a condition that is commonly known as “stinky feet”. The medical community refers to this condition as either hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating) or bromohydrosis (excessive smelliness). A smelly foot smells like something akin to really bad cheese mixed with b.o. and there is nothing that will clear the room faster than a nasty case of stink foot. Since many people (i.e. women) will not tolerate it like they would other hygienic flaws like bad breath, it has been known to be a relationship deal breaker.
You may wondering what causes this phenomenon, and perhaps may be pondering what steps you might want to take so that you may rejoin your friends in family in the living room….
- Wash your feet both often and thoroughly to minimize the bacteria.
- Socks are cheap. Buy a lot of them and change them often, especially when working out.
- Apply a solution of 5 or 10 percent benzoyl peroxide to your feet to wipe out the bacteria. Benzoyl peroxide is an effective antibacterial agent that is found in many over the counter acne treatments.
- Powder those puppies everyday with either non-medicated baby or foot powder.
- Alternate your foot receptacles. Letting your shoes “air out” after use will help reduce the bacteria. You will also be able to keep your shoes for a longer period of time if you occasionally switch them out.
- It’s all about the material. Nylon socks will make your feet sweat more, as will plastic shoes. These materials do not let your dogs’ breath. Leather, canvas and mesh are much better options.
- Wear thick cotton socks. It is like wrapping your foot in a towel. Good quality socks that can absorb your excessive sweat are key to maintaining the dreaded stinky feet syndrome.
