Is anyone else like this? ?
I can't actually explain it. I've always felt like I give off a strong spiritual vibe and it causes me to question everything, but that it also a characteristic of my personality. Anyways, I sometimes feel like I am not actually present in certain situations. For example, I was getting a glass of water with my friend and I didn't feel like I was actually there. Like, my mind was there and I was completely aware of the situation but its like my soul or something was off. It happens all the time. I'm also always seeing "deja vus". I get them daily. But I just can't explain this supernatural thing I keep feeling. There are no words to properly describe it. People think I'm just crazy and no one really understands. Anyone know what I am talking about?
I don't think you're dissociating because of the lack of any apparent stressors, but I have experienced this in my childhood many times. Just not exactly as you've described.
