What is the difference between an Epiphone Les Paul Classic and the Standard?
I have just bought a Epiphone Les Paul Classic electric guitar and I was wonder if I made the right choice, the standard looks almost the same yet I dont know the differents between the two. Can anyone help me?
I bought the epiphone les paul classic and I that the epiphone les oaul standards looks exactly the same, can anyone tell me what the difference is between the two. The only difference I see is the price, the epiphone classic is a little more expensive so I assumed it was better then the epiphone standard.
I think they are the same guitar, but they look different.
The standard has a plain finish and chrome covered pickups.
The classic has a "quilted" finish and open pickups.
They should sound exactly the same so the difference is all in the looks. Same body, neck, frets, etc.
