Which guitar is better?
only Jose Ferrer 5207A Classical acoustic guitar and Falcon FG100N are within my budget, which do you think is better?

From the sound of these guitars they are not comparable, because they are two different types of guitars. The Falcon is a dreadnought style acoustic guitar that will use steel strings and will generally have a broader sound.
The Jose Ferrer is a classical guitar that is used for a completely different style of music. This guitar will use a mix of nylon and steel strings. The fretboard will be wider and you generally won't use a pick, but will instead use you fingers.
I'm guessing you are a beginner, but I could be wrong. I would advise you to go with the Falcon acoustic guitar.
