What amp should I get? The Bogner Alchemist 112 40w 1x12 or the Bogner Alchemist 212 40w 2x12?
The thing is that im going to Mexico and im planning to start a band. And maybe even record in the long run. I want an amp that is loud but I wouldn't mind saving a few bucks. However, I also don't want to have any regrets.
at 40 watts I don't see the extra speaker making much difference. save your bread; go with the 1x12.
if you were looking at 75 watts or up my answer would be different.
