How can I make an art print look like a real painting?
Once saw on a home makeover show the interior desighner painting over a print using a clear substance with a paint brush. Once the liquid had dried, the print had brush strokes on it making it look as though it had been painted. The problem is, I don't know what they used to acheive this affect. Please help! Thank you!
they may have used an acrylic matte medium, something like gesso, but clear. the thicker it is, the more brushstrokes you can see. you can buy it at any craft or art store.
