need help arranging my effects pedal board. Does anyone have any insight to this?

pedals owned:

2. Dunlop Slash Wah

4. Boss Tremolo
5. Boss Acoustic Simulator
6. Digitech Whammy pedal
7. Boss Flanger
8. Boss Phase Shifter
9. Holy Grail Reverb
10. Tube Screamer
11. Wylde overdrive
12. Boss Chorus
13. MXR Smart Gate

*** I can't find the best way to arrange them and get no hum from when they're off. I put the gate at the end of the chain and that seems to work best. Do any pedal freaks have a trick to share about arrangement?.....PLEASE!!

have as many of them plugged into a wall outlet as possible. I would even try to find a power conditioner to plug them all into and attach it to your board

Auralisation With Acoustic Prediction Software

Given a 3D model of a room and the acoustic properties of the surfaces, we can calculate at any location the room 'response'. This response is a digital filter that encodes all sound modifications as it propagates from the source to the receiver. From here the Auralisation starts process, with this filter we can reproduce the sound as if it was heard in the room or calculate several quality criteria in order to evaluate the room acoustics. These criteria can then be visualized in order to help the designers improve the room acoustic quality.

 

  • Sound signals can be assessed by different sounds recorded in an anechoic chamber and then convolved with room impulse responses that can be created by acoustic simulation. It has been shown that Auralisation technique with simulated BRIRs is capable of assessing subjective speech intelligibility of listening positions in the room with highly realistic 3D sound and out-of head localization.

 

The principle of Auralisation is based on the following factors: -

1.  Type of sound source and receiver

2.  Position and orientation of the source and the receiver

3.  Transmission consideration

4.  Binaural Room Impulse Response (BRIR) derived from the above points and size, shape and absorption coefficients and scattering coefficient of all surfaces and objects

5. Anechoic signal convolved with BRIR
